Privacy Policy

• Account information. When you create an account we store your email address and an authentication record. If you sign up with a password, it is stored in hashed form by our authentication provider — we never see or store your plain password. If you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information such as your email address and name from Google.
• Brand Profile. The business details you enter, such as business name, industry or business type, location or service area, services offered, target customer, and brand voice or tone preferences.
• Content inputs. What you are promoting, marketing goals, audience pain points, calls to action, and any other prompt details you submit.
• Saved content and saved ideas. Marketing copy and content ideas you generate and choose to save, along with metadata such as format, creation date, and whether an idea has been turned into content.
• Preferences. Simple account preferences you set in Settings.

• Usage and plan data. Your current plan (Free or Pro), the number of AI generations used in the current usage period, the period start and end dates, and the time of your most recent generation. We use this to enforce plan limits and show your usage meter.
• Subscription records. Your subscription status, whether it is set to cancel at the end of the period, the current billing period dates, and identifiers that link your account to your customer and subscription records at Stripe.
• Technical and error logs. Standard server logs and application error reports used to keep the service working and diagnose problems.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Card numbers and payment credentials are entered directly with Stripe and are never collected or stored on our servers. We receive and store only the subscription and customer identifiers, subscription status, and billing period information needed to grant and manage Pro access. Stripe processes your payment information as its own controller under Stripe’s privacy policy.

When you request content, the relevant parts of your Brand Profile and your content inputs are sent to a third-party large language model provider through an AI gateway in order to produce your content. We do not sell your inputs, and we do not use your Brand Profile or generated content to train our own models. Model providers process the request under their own terms; do not submit sensitive personal information, customer lists, health information, or payment details in your prompts.

• To create your account, authenticate you, and keep your session secure.
• To generate, save, and display marketing content and ideas for you.
• To apply plan limits, track generation usage, and manage subscriptions and billing.
• To provide support, prevent abuse, and fix errors.
• To send service-related email such as sign-up confirmation and password resets.

We rely on a small number of providers to run KC Growth AI: our hosting and application platform, our managed database and authentication provider, our AI gateway and its underlying model providers, and Stripe for payments. Each receives only the data needed to perform its function. We do not sell your personal information.

Your account data, Brand Profile, saved content, and saved ideas remain available while your account exists — including after a Pro subscription ends and your account returns to the Free plan. You can delete your account from Settings, which removes your account and associated application data. Billing and transaction records held by Stripe may be retained by Stripe as required by law.

Access to your data is restricted per-user with row-level security rules in our database, traffic is encrypted in transit, and passwords are hashed by our authentication provider. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a strong, unique password.

KC Growth AI is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

You can view and edit your Brand Profile, delete saved content and ideas, update your email or password, and delete your account at any time from within the app. To request a copy of your data or ask a privacy question, contact us using the details below.
