Terms of Service

KC Growth AI helps small-business owners turn a single promotion or idea into marketing content such as social posts, captions, emails, and short-video scripts. Features vary by plan and may change as the product develops.

• You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
• Accounts are for a single user; do not share or resell access to your account.
• You are responsible for the business information and prompts you submit and for reviewing any content before you publish it.

• Free plan. Includes 5 AI generations and a limited set of content formats.
• Pro plan. $12.99 per month, including up to 100 AI generations per billing cycle plus all content formats and Pro features.
• Pro subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, and by subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method.
• Generation allowances reset each billing cycle and unused generations do not carry over.
• You can cancel future renewals at any time from Manage Subscription. Cancellation, downgrades, and refunds are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• We may change pricing or plan limits. If we do, we will notify you in advance and the change will apply to billing periods that start after the notice.
• If a payment fails, we may retry and may suspend Pro access if the payment is not completed.

You agree not to use KC Growth AI to create or distribute:

• Unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content, including fake reviews.
• Harassing, hateful, defamatory, sexually explicit, or violent content.
• Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or content that violates a platform’s rules.
• Content that infringes someone else’s intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Regulated claims you are not authorized to make, such as medical, legal, or financial advice or guarantees.

You also agree not to attempt to bypass plan limits, probe or interfere with our systems, scrape the service, or use it to build a competing model or dataset.

Output is produced by large language models and may be inaccurate, outdated, generic, or similar to output generated for other users. KC Growth AI does not verify facts, prices, dates, availability, claims, or legal and regulatory compliance. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and approving any content before publishing it, and for ensuring it complies with applicable advertising laws and the rules of the platforms you post to. We make no promise about business results, reach, engagement, or revenue.

• Your content. You keep ownership of the business information and prompts you submit. As between you and us, you own the content you generate and may use it for your business, including commercially, subject to these terms and to your compliance with applicable law.
• Our content. The KC Growth AI software, design, branding, prompts, and underlying systems remain our property. These terms do not grant you a license to our name or logo.
• Our license from you. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs and outputs solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
• Because AI output is not unique by nature, we cannot guarantee that generated text is exclusive to you or eligible for copyright protection.

We work to keep KC Growth AI available and reliable, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, perform maintenance, or experience outages, including outages caused by our hosting, database, payment, or AI providers. Generation may be rate-limited or temporarily unavailable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KC Growth AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, lost data, or reputational harm. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case the limitations apply to the greatest extent permitted.

You agree to indemnify and hold KC Growth AI harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service, the content you publish, or your breach of these terms.

You may stop using KC Growth AI at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, abuses the service, creates legal or security risk, or fails to pay. If we terminate your account without cause, we will not charge you for periods after termination. Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and indemnity survive termination.

We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date will change and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent to support@kcgrowthai.com.
